Britney Spears was looking pretty decent (other than the boots, naturally), out to dinner at Mirabelle with a waiter at the restaurant who is her supposed new man, Michael Marchand. According to Life&Style, Michael is a struggling actor (current waiter) who Brit became enamored with a few weeks back. The two have been on a few dates and he's not denying his involvement with her, coyly telling the magazine, "I can’t talk about that now." On the brighter side, this means that she's not involved with her new manager Sam? Plus! She got a driver.

At the grand opening of Lamborghini Calabasas on Wednesday night, celebrities drove fast cars for a good cause as Heroes star Greg Grunberg hosted the party, which featured DJs English Mafia, to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation. The reason behind Britney Spears’ lackluster ’do at the MTV Video Music Awards? She and famed hairdresser Ken Pavés had “creative differences” backstage shortly before the pop star was scheduled to perform her single "Gimme More."

'Everything's Fine' with Pink
Motocross star Carey Hart has shot down reports that his marriage to Pink is on the rocks.
The reports are "just a bunch of trash talk," Hart tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal. "It's just a nasty rumor. Everything's fine."
Hart, who owns a tattoo parlor in the Palms Hotel and Casino, says he's even leaving for Europe next week to join his pop-star wife on tour.
The couple married in January 2006 in Costa Rica.

Amy Winehouse Puts Tour on Hold
A rep for Amy Winehouse has said that the singer "is putting all her touring commitments for this month on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy’s privacy at this time. There will be no further comment.”
On Aug. 8, Winehouse, 23, was rushed to the hospital, where she was treated for exhaustion. Sources tell Us however, that drugs and alcohol were involved.
