Jon Gosselin says he knows his eight children weren't "wailing and sobbing" when they were told their TLC reality show was ending, as his estranged wife Kate claims.
"You know why? Because when we told them we were going to get divorced, the 5-year old said, 'What's for lunch?' The FBI investigated whether Anna Nicole Smith was part of a plot to kill her tycoon husband's son, whom she was battling for his late dad's fortune, but prosecutors ultimately decided there wasn't enough evidence to charge the Playboy Playmate who died in 2007 from a drug overdose, newly released files show.

Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.
Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008. His publicist says he died with his family at his side.
He was the star of such movies as "Ghost," "Dirty Dancing," and "Road House." Swayze was named People's Sexiest Man Alive in 1991.
It’s official. Jon and Kate Gosselin will announce on Monday that they are divorcing.
The source says that Kate recently met with a divorce lawyer. Another source said that the couple had previously agreed to separate by July 15.
But that timetable has now been pushed forward.
TLC released video earlier Thursday teasing that a major announcement was coming. And while many have speculated that it centered on the couple splitting up, the marriage is over and Jon will file divorce papers next week.

Cynthia Nixon announced her engagement to girlfriend Christine Marinoni on Sunday at a rally for gay marriage, a source on the scene told Access Hollywood.
According to the source, the “Sex and The City” star told the crowd at the Love, Peace and Marriage Equality rally in New York City that she became engaged last month.

Jon Gosselin's pals have spoken – and insist that reports labeling the reality star a cad who is stepping out on his wife Kate not the least bit accurate.
Pat Fagan, a bouncer at Legends Lounge, calls Jon's recent night away from home completely innocent – even though he did show up with a woman who was not his wife.
