Weddle’s friends, Renata and Rick Elden, allowed their son Spencer to be photographed for about $200. The hook, line, and dollar were superimposed later. After seeing the photo, Kurt Cobain (Nirvana’s lead singer) and his wife Courtney Love agreed that they would take Spencer out to dinner when he got older.

Well meet the naked baby himself,...

Nothing like a good hunk of flesh to promote a movie. Not the kind of poster you'd want to hang on your dining room wall.

Eddie Van Halen spoke to Guitar World magazine about the current status of VAN HALEN following the departures of vocalist Sammy Hagar and bassist Michael Anthony.

Rumors continue to swirl that original singer David Lee Roth, who was replaced by Hagar in the mid-1980s, will return to the fold, despite years of enmity. Roth, who has recently worked as a radio DJ and a paramedic, told Billboard.com in May that he saw it "absolutely as an inevitability."

The RIAA has dropped its case against Chicagoan Paul Wilke, with the two parties moving to dismiss the case with prejudice in federal court late last week. Elektra v. Wilke was noteworthy in that the defendant vigorously contested all of the RIAA's allegations, moving for summary judgment against the record label last month.

Wilke had been accused of the usual malfeasance by the RIAA: sharing music over a P2P network. Instead of settling the suit as many others have done, Wilke denied any wrongdoing. He claimed that he was not the "Paule...

According to the Associated Press, the Chinese Cultural Ministry is just looking to "protect local hip-hop fans."

The cancellation is being blamed on the fact that "some of Jay-Z's songs contain too much vulgar language."

More vulgar than, say, the Black Eyed Peas calling for universal retardation? Or the Rolling Stones' assertion that you can "make a dead man come"? It looks that...
