Appointed Superintendent of the Penn-Delco School District in November
1997, Dr. Leslye S. Abrutyn oversaw the direction, growth and
educational effectiveness of four elementary schools, a middle school
and a high school in her jurisdiction. Dr. Leslye Abrutyn was also the
liaison for the three municipalities that comprise the District which
has a total 26,000 citizens. Located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania,
