Looks like the chances of Nicole Richie escaping jail time for her second DUI offense are pretty slim. According to TMZ, the judge who is set to preside over her case next week is reportedly very tough and very much by the book. If convicted on Wednesday, Richie faces a minimum of five days in jail, and sources say the judge isn't likely to give the starlet any special treatment.
