Nicole Kidman's children refuse to call her mom.
The Oscar-winning actress says Isabella, 14, and 12-year-old Connor - her two adopted children with ex-husband Tom Cruise - are reluctant to use the traditional parental moniker and instead call her Nicole, much to her annoyance.
She told U.K. TV show "GMTV", "My kids don't call me mommy, they don't even call me mom. They call me Nicole, which I hate and tell them off for it."

Lindsay Lohan does what every other American does the day after Thanksgiving, she goes Black Friday shopping! La Lohan, 21, brought along her mom Dina and little sister Ali to Armani Exchange store on 5th Avenue. The Lohan women picked up free duds including head scarves, sweaters and beanies.
Linds spent Thanksgiving with her family at their Long Island home.
Late Sunday night, Dina dropped off Lindsay and snowboarder boyfriend Riley Giles at New York’s JFK airport.

Imprisonment has reportedly helped Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil see his wife more clearly and he has urged her to beat her long-standing eating disorder or it will kill her.

Pete Doherty gets suspended sentence & new supervision order
Pete Doherty has been put back on a community supervision order just two days after his last one was rescinded.
Appearing in West London Magistrates Court this afternoon, Pete was given a two-year suspended sentence as well as the 18 month supervision order - leaving him facing four months in jail if he breaks the law during that time period. He was also sentenced to a 12 month drug rehabilitation programme and ordered to pay a £475 fine.
