Just One Thing Is Needed
Quite possibly one of the greatest challenges for me has been keeping on top of things; I have a stack of things to get done, however I can wake up on a free day feeling completely depressed: what then?
All those plans, hopes and 'to do' lists go out the window, as I struggle to do the simplest of things: get out of bed, eat breakfast, or even sit down at the computer and keep up with my emails.
So what's a guy to do, when he's lost his mojo? well, one of the things I've discovered, (and so far, it's worked for me) is to DO AT LEAST ONE...

Are You Experienced?
I am pleased to announce that I 'suffer' from what is currently all the rage in designer (read 'celebrity') maladies; manic depression, or to give it its latest term, bi-polar affective disorder.
Luckily for me, rather than experiencing bouts of what Winston Churchill referred to as 'the black dog of depression,' I experience hypomania, which is the more elated version of the condition.
