It is Marija Å erifoviÄ, from the country Serbia, with her song "Molitva" (translation: Prayer, but the English song is renamed "Destiny").

I didn't know this, but apparently each of the finalists have a special CD+DVD made for them, I'm assuming for radio stations and judges and are not for retail sale (although doing a quick lookup on ebay, you can find quite a bit for sale).
